Silly question. Everybody pulls their kids out of school early and we all play!!!!
It's actually a very comical thing. The neighborhoods are alive with kids running through the snow and shouting with joy.
Snow is SO rare here that everyone goes nuts and enjoys it with gusto because it never lasts more than a day.
Lil miss was fascinated. She had to taste test it also.
One downside to snow is we don't have the proper snow apparel. To keep lil miss' hands warm and dry we put socks on them and then duct taped baggies over the top. My friends thought I was a redneck genius!!! Pretty soon we were facebooking pictures of our duct taped and baggied kids.
The other thing that both cracks me up and melts my heart is that almost every house in every neighborhood has a snowman on the front lawn. It is AWESOME!
Snow jumping on the trampoline is another big hit here in Texas. I don't get it...it is weird. But they all do it.
And do you want to know the BEST things about snow in Texas?
It never lasts more than a day!!!!
